Group Sessions

The Rally Point

The Rally Point is a peer-led group counseling space created for first responders, service members, and veterans. It's a place to connect with people who understand, in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Each session is led by a Certified Peer Support Specialist, and whenever possible, a counselor joins as well.

What It's About

The Rally Point exists to build community. There's no expectation to share, speak, or participate beyond whatever feels right for you - you're always welcome to simply show up and be present. No one is ever asked to tell their story or relive anything.

To keep the space comfortable for everyone, we don't focus on the details of difficult experiences, and we'll gently guide the conversation if something seems to be weighing on others in the room.
